Order Cancellation
1. Cancellation by Customer:
Before Shipment: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that it has not been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us at support@varnam.shop or call [+917799323535] with your order details.
After Shipment: Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return the product following our return policy.
2. Cancellation by Varnam.shop:
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time due to insufficient stock, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or any unforeseen issues. In such cases, we will notify you and process a full refund.
Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns:
a. Items must be returned within 07 days of delivery.
b. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
c. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.
2. Return Process:
a. To initiate a return, contact us at support@varnam.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
b. Pack the items securely in their original packaging, if possible.
c. Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team.
3. Return Shipping Costs:
a. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
b. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if we provide the return shipping label.
Refund Policy

3. Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@varnam.shop and send your item to the address provided by our customer service team.
